• Lymphoma B Cell: First exam 2/6;
  
  History; Dx 12/28/18. On Pred 15 mg/ day (l. nodes all smaller) . Is polyphagic from Pred and has a foot drop in rear, which corrected @ lower dose.
  
  Has had late summer allergies, otherwise has been healthy.
  
  PE;
  - QAR, sweet
  - T: sl. dusky pink, dry
  - P: deeper, fast, ~feeble
  - overweight 3 lbs (27 lb dog)
  - gait seems sl. sitff in rear, does not resist palpation
  - sebaceous cysts
  - all superficial l. nodes moderately enlarged
  - heavy panting from Pred
  
  Labs; ^ Cholesterol, RBC 3.94 (mild anemia), ^ BUN w/ normal creatinine and SDMA (dehydrated).
  
  We changed form kibble to cooked raw commercial diet, started IP6, Coreolus Mushrooms, low dose fish oil, Vit A & D and Xiao Chai Hu Tang (1 TID) + Bai shao + Gui zhi. Reduced Pred to 10 mg/day.
  
  Recheck 2/27 ; l. nodes stable, pulse more superficial but still ^ rate. T: better pink color.
  
  Recheck 3/12; l. nodes had ^ on lower Pred dose, owner ^ to 15 mg/day again (l. nodes shrunk, still somewhat enlarged).
  
  I just added Si miao san + dang gui BID, had owner drop XCHT + powders to SID AM. I don't appreciate a great deal of damp w/ this dog (is pudgy, seb. cysts), but heat is not clearing out on XCHT/powders. Her personality is muted, sweet, and the only "excess" about her is her lymph nodes (wondered about Hoxsey).
