Notes: Was nauseous on 2nd introduction of Xiao chai hu tang, even at low dosages. Is taking BZYQT 2.5 tabs BID (65 lb dog). No recent GI episodes (nausea, reflux). But w/melting snow pruritus is ^

Notes: Itch is ^ w. molds exposed.

Notes: Used XCHT and SWT May and part of June- no change in pruritus.
