Notes:
on 2/10/21 client had told me that Shao Fu Zhu Yu Tang that I had given for chronic UTIs had caused diarrhea.
On 3/17/21 he told me that he had re-introduced it and it did not cause diarrhea and the UTI frequency/severity had been reduced.
He still used Yunnan Bai Yao PRN for hematuria.
I added in Xiao Chai Hu Tang
Diet is largely canned or kibble
