Notes: Finished Zhi Bai Di Huang wan, legs are weaker, no coughing. Dragging all 4 paws. Soaking all 4 paws in cold black tea - much less red. O added Mushrooms and sweet potato to diet. Skin still moderate scale, thin hair coat, worse on sides. ( has been bad since chocolate toxicosis 7/2020) Paws were all cold. Could only stand a few seconds on her own. 5/6 holosystolic murmur. No crackles. OU Moderate scleral injection.

Notes: Much weaker - cannot stand on her own. Feet very cold. very muscle wasted. Abdomen large. Palpable mass R liver. L mandibular and Prescap nodes 0.8 cm firm. no CP all 4. No fur on toes. 5/6 holosystolic murmur. OU mod - severe scleral erythema. Fur thin, mod large scale especially lateral torso and abdomen.

Notes: Weaker. Obtunded, then rouses. Pulses weak and slow. Seems depressed. Cannot stand on her own. Abdomen seems large. Pleural rubs, 5/6 holosystolic murmur. tongue light pink, limp, moist. Paws cold. Some gasping.

Notes: Netter for 4-5 days after last visit. Went in a long drive Sunday. Got weaker after that. Eating well. Cannot stand on her own. Barks if she want something. Paws always cold. Tongue pale, limp, white coat, pulse deep sl fast. Pot bellied appearance. Very weak.
