Problem Notes

• Cushings And Diabetes Mellitus: Pet dx'd with Cushings in 2006 and has been well controlled with Triolstane. Diabetes present since September 2012. Was well controlled until May 2014 on 2 -3 units of NPH Insulin BID and a low carb diet. Client monitors glucose with alpha trak at home and we did curves in clinic. Her insulin needs had climbed to 7 units BID and still the glucose kept rising. (levels in mid-300's to 400's) On Oct 9 we added Kan Herbal Si Miao San tabs; 1/4 tab BID. Below are preliminary results.
