Notes: Sent home from VMRCVM with peripheral edema and poor prognosis in March 2014. They discharged her on minocycline, cerenia, benazepril, omeprazole. Owners declined renal biopsy and immunosuppressive therapies. Abby responded well to acupuncture (initiated day of discharge), Settle the Yang brief period of Bao He Wan for appetite. In May her BUN/Creatinine, albumin were normal. Specific gravity 1.041. UPC in June 1.8. As of this last visit am weaning her off Three Seeds (started in late summer for damp signs) and Settle Yang. Will recheck in November and may add a Rehmannia formula at that point.
