Tongue has changed from smooth pink, no coat, to lavender, no coat.
Left popliteal lymph node decreased size, barely palpable.
Mass left stifle increased size, previously irregular shape approx 1 x 2 cm. Currently irregular shape, 4 x 4 cm, thicker than previously.
Heart rate 88, IV/ VI murmur.
