  7/13/12:Ulcerated mass on the upper right gums noticed 1.5 weeks ago by owner, prescribed Traumeel and homeopathic

  8/31/12: Bode developed severe diarrhea after food change, prescribed Arabinogalactan
  
  9/6/12: No diarrhea after changing food and oral supplements, prescribed homeopathic Thuja and more Arabinogalactan
  
  12/3/12: Diarrhea again, given Mucosa comp 1.5ml IM injection and AC/Bcomp/B12 2.2/.6/1cc IM injection, prescribed BHI Diarrhea/Gastro-Cleanse/Inflam, recommended to start giving black walnut hull and continue probiotics and Arabinogalactan

  12/5/12: Bode was doing well for 24hr after last visit, then diarrhea/vomiting occurred again, owner was told to stop black walnut hull and use Pepto Bismol
  
  5/29/13: Bode was doing well on a allergy diet (chicken and couple of veggies), Distemper/Parvo Titer (>1:5) and 4DX (negative) and Ova & Parasite (negative), recommended to try other protein
  
  7/17/13: Bode developed diarrhea on Friday and Arabinogalactan helped but diarrhea came back after stopping for a day, given Mucosa comp 1.5cc IM injection and AC/Bcomp/B12 1.5/.5/1cc IM injection, continue using Arabinogalactan
  
  12/13/13: Owner reported Bode to have vomited twice that morning and have low energy level and hesitant about eating, given AC B12 2/1 injection and homeopathic Nux Vomica, prescribed BHI Diarrhea/Gastro-Cleanse/Inflam.

  4/7/14: Bode had soft stools and diarrhea for a week and supplements/Pepto did not help and owner cut back/change food to chicken and rice, given Mucosa comp 1.5ml IM injection and AC/B12/Bcomp 2/1/1ml IM injection, prescribed Colostrum and BHI Diarrhea/Gastro-Cleanse/Inflam.
  
  4/9/14: Ova & Parasite/Giardia was negative, Bode's diarrhea has become pure orange liquid, given 500cc of fluids and AC/B12/Bcomp, dispensed Metronidazole 500 mg, continue using colostrum and BHI
  
  4/23/14: Owner reports to clinic that Bode's bowel movements were normal until prescription finished and will come in if diarrhea does not get better
  
  5/12/14: Bode had another round of loose stools and owner said Bode doesn't seem to enjoy walks as normally anymore, given AC/B12/Bcomp, owner is to come in with fecal samples for a Idexx Fecal Diarrhea panel real PCR

  5/22/14: Diarrhea PCR COMP Plus K9 reveals C. Perfringen infection, prescribed 14+ days of Metronidazole
  
  Metronidazole did not resolve C. Perfringen infection, discussed doing a fecal transfer at another clinic.
  
  On 6/12/14 (first visit):
  Bode is determined to be of Phosphorus constitution. Testing for Immune Endocrine Imbalances, also known as Plechner, was issued.
  
  Administered UV Blood Irradiation therapy (UVBI), ozone saline 50cc subcutaneous and 50cc rectal, and vitamin B+C (1/2cc + 1 1/2) injection, and Micro Biome Restorative Therapy rectally (Lili and Vienna) and orally (Geneva)
  
  Supplements given: Japanese Probiotic, Nutrigest, Biotic, Epizyme, Ultra EFA, Phytomucil, MASH Vital Nutrients, Amino B-plex, Canine Adrenal Support, Canine Enteric Support, Canine Thyroid Support, homeopathic Phosphorus 200c, and homeopathic Thuja LM1
