Notes:  Patient is stronger in front with persistent hind end weakness. Tongue is purple and wet to moist. Pulse is Ge Mai and softens with sedation of GB 30. I repeated laser therapy and VSMT with dry needle AP with sedation at GB30 , ST 36& LI 11 and GB20. I tonified GV3 and GV20. Pulse softened and less full.
