- Comments: Has DM Dx three months or so ago. Very elevated ALKP >2000 but not had ACTH stim to confirm Cushings.. PU/PD Was on R/D due to DM and pancreatitis, just spoke with her today about trying to do homemade with lower fat meat like fish with sweet potato or turkey breast etc. Has lavender pink tongue, usually warm, with superficial damp pulses. started gymnema/corn silk and thinking Si Miao San for all the problems but just wanted to check in to see if there was a better choice.

- Chronic Allergic Dermatitis, Weak And Stiff In Rear Legs: Hx of allergies all her life, chronic pred until recently when prior vet got her onto Apoquel 3.6 mg 1x/day PRN. Seems to help.
- Pancreatitis: Has had three or so bouts of pancreatitis, last one 3 months ago
