Notes: Lepto PCR is negative. No vomiting on Cerenia, not eating much, not even Goodness Gracious human grade food. No significant change in blood work, rads ruled out penny/nickle ingestion. Ruled out infection, now focusing on toxin or hereditary. Considering Internal Med consult if not improving. P: Cont Cerenia, add entyce and Pepcid. Moe will not touch Xiao Chai Hu even with bacon,

Notes: Still not interested in food, ate some egg, cheese stick and bacon, energy waxes and wanes. Owner would like to try AP to see if appetite can be improved. Continue Cerenia, Entyce, Pepcid and added Ursodiol for GB sludge. If not improving with treatment will seek IM consult.

Very nice response to initial AP treatment, improved energy, appetite initially, but has decreased last 2-3 days. T=pale, yellow, dry, P= thin, toned softens with GB 30
Profile- ALT,ALKP, GGT T.bili-all decreasing slightly, no worse. CBC-non regenerative anemia that is getting lower and so are platelts-10-12/hpf on blood smear.

Eventually diagnosed with Copper Storage hepatopathy.

Presented after biopsies and diagnosis for inability to retract penis within sheath. Feeling and eating better after coming home from specialist. On only Prednisone at 5mg sid and Denamarin. T=pale yellow, P=full, toned, and disapperas with tonification GB34. Seems very clearly to be Shao Yang disharmony, still won't touch XCH in any food.

Notes: doing really well, happy, eating, back to his old self!! Moe is eating Bao Hu Jiang Jun Tang without issue :) Will start penicillamine to chelate copper. Specialist wants to feed RCVD Hepatic cans, owners would like to find alternative diet that is not $400/ month (penicillamine is also $400/month) Starting balanceit.com diet with eggs, pasta and oil.
