Day 35

Day 92

Notes:  Max's reactivity and skin allergies resolved dramatically on XCHT and BZYQT. O over the moon as she can now walk him safely and he's more comfortable in his body. I was so happy as well as these kinds of cases are so very rewarding. Max can enter the clinic now, no barking or lunging, I can examine him without him jumping up and pawing my face, teeth gnashing, loud barking. He is now so calm and sweet.

Day 118

Notes:  It took a week or so to get started on BZYQT - went from 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp - stools were loose initially but firmed up. But after XCHT came on board noticing good changes in behaviour: reactivity down, sleeping like a log, started snoring first time ever, lays on his back to let o touch his belly (never allowed O to touch his belly before), licks O's face now - wouldn't allow him to come near her face before, put on wt (1kg in 1mth), and cuddly!!! Literally NO panic attacks, roofers in neighbourhood, UPS dropped parcels off, no rxn to either like he usually would. Playful with O again in the morning. He is starting to learn again, sits and listens to O now, even when barking she can now stop him. Even daycare says his demeanor has changed 360!

Diet is largely raw

Day 372

Notes:  Max is awesome to work with now, no lunging or barking at all for entire visit!

In general still itchy and scratchy - chews at paws occas, flaps ears around, sometimes chews his groin but never to excess, no seasonality to it. Still most reactive on-leash, but great off-leash and at daycare. Went off his herbs 1st week of July, V+ then, off for 3 weeks as also had some D+, noticed a marked increase in his reactivity until back on both herbs again. Incredibly cuddly with O now which he never used to be. Loves his food - homecooked. Tx = raw fruit, veggies, beef dehyd, eggs. Likes to chase a ball, keeps his sanity. Whatever touches his muzzle - food, water - has to rub his muzzle for a several minutes afterwards, so occurs multiple times/day. Does not like the heat, >15C.

tongue lavender core with pink, thin edges, normal size; pulses toned, a little superficial

Any further options for mild generalized itch and moderate on-leash reactivity?
