Notes: Sammy seen in May of 2013 for collapsing episodes that were occurring up to 4 times a day. I started him on Settle the Yang and scheduled him for a work up at the nearby VMRCVM. Sammy was seen by Cardiology and Neurology. They could not identify a cause of his collapsing episodes and advised a two month trial on anticonvulsants. Sammy's owners declined because he was doing so much better on the SY. Over the course of the year we have continued the Settle the Yang but trialed other herbals, low fat commercial foods and, recently, home cooked food to address Sammy's overall health.
