Day 365

Notes:  I'm sorry there has been no follow up. Emma did well, acted like a normal dog for a year. She was on the same protocol of Himematsutake, Fu Zheng Support, Fortiflora, Omega 3'sfor 2 months then Astragalus was added and she started SQ fluids twice weekly. Although her blood work continued to deteriorate she did not clinically change. Her phosphorus rose after 6 months so Al OH was added. At that time I changed from Himematsutake and astragalus to WeiQi Booster. In October of 2015 the owner stopped her medications and then the fluids in November. Within 4 days Emma was weak, anorexic and vomiting. The owner requested euthanasia. It was remarkable that this dog remained clinically normal with a creatinine range of 6 - 8 for so many months!
