Notes: The glandular swelling is down - difficult to determine salivary vs. lymph node as it was fairly large yet non-painful. No other LN affected. No difficulty swallowing. Seemed to respond to Clamavox but also did Osteopathic Manipulations and acupuncture. L nares is still discharging
