Doxycycline for 30 days when diagnosed. Clinical signs resolved within 36 hours of starting doxy.
Started Xiao Chai Hu Tang Sept 29, 2014 to help resolve latent Lyme disease and prevent recurrence of clinical signs. No relapse at this time.
Diet is largely canned or kibble

Pet is finising up 6 weeks of Xaio Chai Hu Tang. Will finish the herbal in the next week and monitor for any recurrence of Lyme disease arthropathy
The client reports that the pet used to have rusty colored tear staining from both eyes. This disappeared two weeks after starting the herbal med.

Pet was asymptomatic until June 30, 2015 when he presented with Grade II/IV lameness;
Pain in the left elbow; (as he was when first dx'd with Lyme disease last year.

client elects no labwork but restarted doxycycline, rimadyl. He improved immediately.
Did 3 weeks of doxycyline and restarted the Xiao Chai Hu Tang.
