Treatment and Outcome

Problem Notes
  • Adrenal Mass: Ultrasound at Cornell revealed small hypo vascular heteroechoic mass with mineralization (3.2x2.4x2.2 cm) extending into the lumen of the caudal vena cava were two additional masses (< 1 cm sq). Presumed pheochromocytoma because L adrenal is not atrophied.
  • Lung Nodules: Dx on radiograph: multiple small opaque nodules
  • Mediastinal Mass: Dx on radiograph
  • Retropharyngeal Lymphadenophathy: Hypoechoic, rounded and mildly enlarged. Could be reactive, could be metastatic
  • Splenic Nodules: Non-specific pathogenesis, either incidental hyperplasia or metastatic disease from one of the two identified problems
  • Thyroid Mass: Firm and freely movable soft tissue mass, 3 cm in diameter on ventral neck.

Treatments
Day 0

Notes:  Ozzie is bright and active with no visible symptoms. Cornell diagnosed above issues with radiographs and ultrasound in mid-August. Client declined oncology treatments. WCP protocol includes: diet change (to raw, avoiding fish and poultry), Homotox oral tincture (Galium, Lymphomyosot, Tonsilla, Coenzyme Comp, Ubichinon, Thyroidea and Hepar Compositum), Beta-Thym, Probiotics, EFA, RxVitamin Onco-support. Recommended weekly ozone and Kyosenex Thymus treatments.

Because of vena cava infiltration, exercise restriction was recommended.

Day 53

Notes:  Owner left phone message with concerns that Ozzie seemed hungry all the time. Replied by email regarding amounts of fresh food to give (1.75-2 cups daily), and if he still wanted more, to add bulk with napa cabbage or other vegetable.

Day 101

Notes:  Owner called to get more supplements. Ozzie is doing well-- still asymptomatic. Ozzie's energy is great and he is very playful. Owner thinks palpable mass in neck is unchanged. He has dropped weight a little-- now weighs around 20#. Difficult to ascertain cause of weight loss. He still acts hungry all the time. Asked owner details about food, and she may be feeding under recommended amount-- gives a cup of bone broth with a tiny bit of meat and his supplements in AM, and one cup of food in PM. She is buying clean meat from local farm. I forwarded her recommendations from 10/30, and suggested she monitor weight. She was still giving commercial treat daily, recommended discontinuing-- options to give another meal or to do dehydrated organ meat. Did not discuss adding ozone or thymus treatments at this time, may do so when arranging shipment of meds.
