Notes:  Junior had spooked when some snow fell off of the roof. He twisted his back. Two days later he was unable to rise. On physical exam, he had severe pain at his Lumbo-sacral junction. He was placed on Xiao Huo Luo Wan. He was back up in two days and seems completely resolved.
