- Fever: Temperature is 102.8
- Hepatobiliary Disease: GGT elevated for first time and Alk Phos elevated. AST the same; ALT decreased
- Lethargy: Had been doing better clinically. Seems slightly lethargic and "dumpy"
- Otitis: Clean ears with 50/50 mix of white vinegar and 70% isopropyl. Treat with Surolan.
- Periheral Lymphadenopathy: Popliteals and prescaps the size of golf balls. Aspirate: inflammation.
(NOTE: congested submandibulars and right prescap in August were considered 2ndary to otitis)
