Treatment and Outcome

Treatments
Day 61

Notes:  Dog is on PGZYT bid, and DGSYS bid, pulses less choppy and thin, tongue less purple, less swollen at back. Clinically no overt hematuria, no straining, not pollakiuric, no long squats. Overall happier. Continuing tx. Will repeat UA and rads in near future.

Acupuncture points were stimulated

Day 151

Notes:  repeat rads 1 month ago stones dissolved to a lot of debris in bladder, bladder wall still thickened, pulse and tongue better, overall happier dog
today pulse is thin, slippery, hard to find, choppy, weak
tongue is pink, thin sharp edges, dry on top, swollen at back still a bit, lavender centre esp at back
continuing PGZYT at reduced dose, wondering whether to switch off DGSYS to ?

Acupuncture points were stimulated

Day 394

Notes:  Update, haven't seen this dog since December 2015, but she is doing well, stones dissolved, overall happy healthy. Was some sediment in bladder on last rads in December but she has been on DGSYS and homeprepared diet so hopefully no news is good news.
