Notes:  Oliver has definitely stabilized, owner gives 5 mg of prednisone once every 4-5 days if she sees a blister starting up and it seems to respond quickly. He has much more energy. The foot pads look better, they're thicker and less sensitive.
Plan is to continue as we are with the Hoxsey, Qing Ying Tang and Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin and try using a smaller dose of prednisone for flare ups, recheck in 4 weeks.
