Treatment started Feb 1:
Xiao Chai Hu Tang + 15g Trichosanthese (Tian Hua Fen) 1/2 tsp twice daily
Bao Hu Jiang Jun Tang 1 tsp twice daily
Meriva SR 1 BID
KP Immunity 6 daily
Plan: continue current treatment, increase XCHT to 1/2 tsp TID
Tongue lavender, pulse taut
recheck CBC 1 month, consider adding modified XZYT if tongue and pulse haven't improved
