  • Vomiting And Inappetence: The owners discontinued Ondansetron overnight - and he had 3 vomiting episodes and a period of time where he didn't finish his meal (which is unusual).
Day 0

Notes:  Current medications include:
Prednisolone 20 mg per day
Toceranib phosphate (Palladia) 10 mg MWF
Ondansetron 4 mg - as needed, up to twice daily for nausea
Metoclopramide 5 pm - 1/4 tablet as needed up to TID
Vit B12 - 0.25 ml SQ q 7 d
