Notes:  First visit. Chronic nasal discharge and sneezing since adopted rescued kitten. 3/5 BCS, 101 f, history of lysine supplements which help a bit but not much. Seeks warmth. Serous nasal discharge from both nostrils, slight white mucus, cryptococcus titer neg, FeLV/FIV negative. Nutrition Response Testing isolates stressors to SP, sinuses, LV. TCVM Wind Cold invasion
Rx Kyosenex Prime 1drop PO EOD, Xin Yi San caps OD PO, fel hepatic support OD PO

Diet is largely raw


Day 23

Notes:  Owner reports improvement by two weeks. Stopped lysine. Cat no longer will take it. Tongue is normal, pulse better. Nutrition response testing indicates no major stressors. Program continued to recheck 30 days.
