Notes:  Reflux is better; Patchy has developed urinary incontinence & her mobility continues to decline. She has generalized muscle wasting, a hoarse bark, pale pink tongue, fine dander & pulses are slightly choppy. Left rear has a cp deficit & lack of withdrawal reflex.
