Notes: Hemoabdomen and multiple liver masses diagnosed at primary care hospital. Treated with blood transfusion. Presented for herbs for hemostasis - patient of Goldern Retriever rescue. Patient also has history of mast cell tumors - has been receiving milk thistle and CAM Options.

Notes: Recently diagnosed with hypertension, proteinuria, glomerulonephritis and pancreatitis. RDVM started enalapril. also on probiotic, ginger capsules 550mg SID, ondansetron 4mg SID, thyroxine 0.4mg BID, famotidine 20mg SID, fish oil 300mg/d, CAS options.
