Notes: Splenectomy 5/27/11 - splenic HSA stage II or III (nodules were noted in the liver grossly during surgery but no liver biopsy was done. Abdominal ultrasound 6/20/11 showed no visible liver masses or nodules. Thoracic radiographs 6/20/11 clean. Bloodwork unremarkable.

Notes: left rear leg lameness - hips rads = DJD and left hip dysplasia. Chronic diarrhea after short course of prednisone to treat skin rash after AUS. Pyoderma after swimming in Lake Michigan. Poor appetite x 7 days. Not taking her herbs well.
