Notes: Owner reports diarrhea since about August. Diet change occurred then (stopped Zeal dehydrated raw - feeding only grain free kibble). Stages clean on ultrasound and thoracic radiographs. Ultrasound shows enteritis and colitis. Bloodwork unremarkable other than mild nonregenerative anemia and mild elevation in BUN. USG 1.006, sediment quiet. fecal and spec cPL pending. Recommended reintroduce Zeal. Perianal mass also recently was bleeding, ulcerated and infected so received a course of Clavamox - improved.
