Notes:  Increased size lump, palpable outside on right side. no lnn enlargement felt, patient bright and alert and no systemic signs. feels a bit more clammy, definite reactive on sacrum palpation, craniosacral also several occipital tight fibres, pulse not weak more toned. other than lump and increase in size dog is excellent health
