At the Denver meeting you suggested that we "ask for a whack at" the next lymphosarcoma dog that the owner couldn't do chemo on. The patient is on Hoxey-like formula, Si Miao San, and Xiao Chai Hu Tang. I had them start at 1/2 dose of each. Within a few days the dog went back to eating and feels great, has gained 10 lb. My intention was to increase the dose but now I am hesitant-- he eats the herbs in his food at this dose so it is no problem for owner.

Hi, just for my own curiosity, did you also put him on prednisone or just the herbal treatments? How long has it been? It would be great if you wouldn't mind keeping us posted on his progress.

He is on Steve's dose of .1 mg/kg daily.

Hello! I know this is an older post, but can you please let us know how this dog did? Were you ever able to take him off prednisolone?
