Hi Julie,
I look for the first obvious declines in ALP showing within 3 to 4 weeks of starting effective therapy. Normalization of ACTH stim test results can be observed after a year. Often the animal will be acting clinically normal long before then.
That's my experience, anyway, at least for pituitary dependent cases.
