Constipation In Nephrolith Cat

Hi Steve,
I am currently using Wei Ling Tang for my 12yo DSH cat with nephrolith/ureterolith. She seems to have started be become constipated as well, likely due to her CRF? Can I use Ba Wei Di Huang Wan concurrently? Or will Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang be a better option? Thank you.

Hi Felicia,

No problem to use BWDHW at the same time. It's content of Ze Xie will help with the uroliths as well. Any progress, symptom-wise?

Hi Steve,

The cat is much brighter and eating a little voluntarily. Besides WLT, i also had her on daily fluids and amlodipine. The stones were still there on radiographs taken about 8 days after starting therapy. I will be taking radiographs weekly to monitor progress as well.
