I have a new patient coming in for exam, having been dx w/ this syndrome. I'm trying to understand the "creepy/crawly" sensation these cats must have. Would this be considered a wind syndrome? Sounds like a nervous system working overtime, as in seizures.
This cat has had 1 bout of uveitis 3 yrs back, otherwise healthy according to rDVM's records!
I'm sure it'll be more clear when I see her, but wanted to start thinking about herbs. I see on the CAVM archives one homeopath has had luck w/ hi dose Belladonna, so I'll read on that remedy, too. I imagine the crazed Belladonna state will very much fit, at least during her episodes!
Thanks so much,
:)Cathy L.
PS- Your lecture at AHVMA has made me serious about getting the carbs out of our house!! Thanks again.
