Palladia

I have a case of Transitional Cell carcinoma who has recently started Palladia at the oncologist. My herbal therapy has been Red front door teapills, due to recent hematuria) , rxHemp, and Yunnan Bai yao. She is also on IP6 and Metacam. In looking at the mechanism of action, I am not sure if there are any interactions with the herbs and Palladia. Can you help?

I've looked on pubmed to see if there is any particular study showing interference; or whether any herb inhibits the action of the drug on its target. I can't see any study cited at all

Chinese Herbs have been shown to enhance the efficacy of the drug on the receptor or reduce its side effects when used to treat lung cancer. Presumably you could expect the same when treating other epithelial cell types, as the same receptor is being targeted. Here's the study. It was too large for any one herb to have been recommended, as it was a systematic review and meta-analysis
