A 15 year old coldblood trotter, a scandinavian breed, always tends to colic when the weather is changing. He is a nervous typ of horse. His mouth is dry and redish. He improved on acupuncture. Now we are looking for some herbs to help him. I recommended Curcuma,(he also has some lameness issues), valerian, and fresh ginger and dandelion in some mash for everyday. (Here it is already freezing and we have a little snow. Before it started to snow, he had his colic) I gave him some Yi guan jian, but I´m not sure, if that is okay. He also has an allergy to insects. Thanks from Austria Alexandra
