Omega 3-6-9

There is a product by Alpha vet science called Omega 3-6-9. I was wondering if anyone has thoughts on the combination of these vs just Omega 3. The associated risks /benefits etc. s It's a synergistic blend of essential fatty acids consisting of ?3, ?6, and ?9 derived from Scomber scombrus, Sardina pilchardus, Engraulis ringens, Linum usitatissimum, and Borago officinalis with mixed tocopherols.

Hi Laura,

I remember Susan Wynn saying there is absolutely no benefit to supplementing with omega 6 fatty acids, as they are over-represented in the diet anyway, so I usually just focus on omega 3s myself
