What Does Elevated TLI Mean?

Wondering what may cause elevations in Trypsin-like immunoreactivity?
Digestive enzyme supplementation? Non-fasted sample?
TG are also very high on this sample, Spec CpL is normal as well as B12 and folate.

Hi Laura,

I found a reference that states Spec CPL can be false negative in chronic cases, so I'd wonder if the TLI is showing you pancreatitis that the Spec CPL is missing. I would wonder if pancreatitis is actually present, perhaps aggravated by the lipemia?
