Hi there! The formula that fits with your assessment is Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan. It has a reputation for addressing polyuria, polydipsia, recurrent UTIs, and colitis.

My only other thought is that this could be a Spleen Qi sinking case. These dogs have rapid bowel transit times, causing soft pale stools. They are vulnerable to repetitive UTIs because their Wei Qi is deficient. They are also vulnerable to stress, since this is really a form of Liver Qi stagnation. The only thing that doesn't really fit is a red tongue. If you'd said pale or lavender, this would have been my first choice.

I guess keep it in mind if the Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan doesn't work.

Thank you very much for your answer.
The tongue when I enter the room was pale wet wit striations
But then at the end was red with striations
Very confusing pattern
Shall I start with Bu Zhong Yi Qi tang in the case of Qi sinking?
Thank you
