I’m having trouble asking another case question. It says I need to update my cases but I have replied to all responses. Not sure what I’m supposed to do next? And not sure how to ‘transfer’ cases as is suggested. I’m a bit on the spectrum when it comes to computers so please forgive me !

Hi Brett,

Rather than update via the Forum, the program is asking you to update via 'Cases'->'My Cases'. Then click on 'Update' for a few cases and you should be good to go
