Arthur is a 1.5yr MN boxer with a history of hepatic arteriovenous fistula corrected by thromboembolic method (original symptoms V/D, pu/pd, weight loss, finicky appetite, mild ascited and elevated liver values) and moderate subaortic stenosis (2/6 heart murmur). He is a high energy dog who's easily excited and worked up (better since neuter). Remaining symptoms include variable appetite and soft stool (I need to ask her about water intake but I think it's still more than normal). Tongue tends to be normal to pale puffy, sometimes lavender. Pulses tend to be a bit thin and rapid. No temperature preferences. Is there a formula that will accomodate SP qi and blood/yin tonification at the same time while protecting the heart from overworking? Thanks!
