It's not something we've seen, no. If it looks very dry, then from a Chinese medical perspective, Yin deficiency might be the cause. Adding a Yin tonic could be tried, I guess, but would dilute the herbs targeting the OSA. If the lamness is somewhat better on the OSA formulas, then I would suggest just putting up with the nasal hyperkeratosis
