Hi there,
I think it's reasonable to expect some sort of improvement on herbs.
If the pet is Damp, consider San Ren Tang (Three Seeds Combination) plus Cang Er San (Xanthium Seed Powder).
If the pet is Blood deficient with secondary Stasis, consider Modified Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang, or just Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang. You can pair it with Xiao Chai Hu Tang to enhance its effects.
For immune deficient animals, consider Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang. You can pair that with Xin Yi San to target the sinuses in particular.
A real food diet is important to maximize success in each of these scenarios
