Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia In A Dog

Tucker is a 9.5 yr old MN yellow lab, I had not seen in 5 years, Hx of a pneumonia as a two year old after exposure to kennel cough. O brought to local clinic with "lump on jaw" 15Nov24, WBC 39k, lymph 30k, mono 1.35k, presented to me 21Nov24, Exam Wt 78.5lb BCS 6/10,T102.5,P72,Rpant, H/L good, tongue pink on top, very purple with handling, nose completely depigmented, abd palp very full, liver and spleen feel enlarged, submand LN 2.5cm, hard, non-painful, femoral pulse feels soft but full, equal bilat, very stiff in elbows and shoulders, walks with "A" stance in front, happy go lucky, sweet disposition, nervous.Started on Standard Process Immune support, GlucosamineSynergy,Cataplex B, LSA formula, Yun Zhi. Was on kibble diet, had O transition to UrbanWolf with Chicken/Beef as protein source. Recheck 30Jan25, T101.8,P120,Rpant, H/L good, tongue more red, when stressed, nice pink when more relaxed, submand LN's decreased R @2cm, L@ 1.5cm, non-painful, liver &spleen feel a bit smaller, femoral pulse flat, easily compressed, doing well with diet, added Xia Ku Cao and Four Marvels to LSA formula cont'd SP, Yun Zhi. O reports good appetite, energy and has lost a few pounds, coat is improved. Doing well, plan to repeat blood work within 4 weeks. 5Mar25 Recheck, Exam T=102.5, P-80, R24, H/L good, pulse flat, abd liver, spleen about same, subm Ln's L1.75cm, R 1.5cm, tongue less red, doing well overall, had a day last Sat where he was very low energy, quiet, BW WBC 243K, Lymph 229k, mono 2.4k, eos 4.8k, baso 2.4k, cpk mild decrease 52, all other values wnl.
I am wondering next best step with chinese herbs, will am also considering adding in homeopathics carc, hekla and have used phos with him the past, not fitting as well, considering ars. thank you so very much for your help!!
