How To Update Case Questions

I am trying to update questions, but it is still not letting me ask more questions. Is there a more efficient way to transfer to case questions other than re entering all of the data? I struggle with the time to even ask a question, it is my goal now that we are paperless to figure out a way to have my staff enter some of these for me, I would really like to contribute to this forum. It is so damn helpful to search and find similar cases!

Hi Brett,

I'm not sure why the site is not recording your case updates. One day when I get time I can try to explore how to implement your suggestion. Like you, I'm exceedingly time challenged! But, I agree, it would be great to overhaul the site and update it. It's on the to-do list

I understand completely! I was hoping you had other people who would do this for you, I hope one day when you get time you will find something better to do than help technology illiterate folk like me!!:)
