Hi Penny,
I haven't found anything myself to handle lenticular sclerosis, which I see as a sort of physiological change. If we were to treat it as a cataract, one western herb with research behind it for the treatment of cataracts that might apply here is Shepherd's Purse. If you end up finding something that helps, let us know!
