Gretchen, I'd love it if you gave that a try. There aren't a lot of sure fire treatments for canine lipomas, apart from feeding real food that is not too high in starches and fats. I would have said besides Dampness and Phlegm, the other aspect of the problem might be Blood Stasis (and whatever is contributing to it). Note that in Western medicine, Hawthorne has a bit of a Blood moving effect while the rest of what you're proposing addresses Phlegm. Hence, it might be a super good thing to try and an important discovery if you can pull it off. Please let us know if you give it a go!
