He continues to have symptoms of:

Severe tonsillar hyperplasia on the right, moderate on the left-flares up but never totally resolves. Red, swollen, enlarged.
Recurring pancreatitis two bad bouts over a year period. Spec cpl returns to normal. Rest of chemistry normal
Digestive enzymes, probiotics and colostrums products have not helped the gut issues Pu Ji Xiao Du Yin no improvement. ,Xiao Yao San helped for several years, reduced the freq and intensity but never resolved issues. Bao He wan did not help. Originally on PHD diet-raw dry diet. Owner changed to Royal Canine rice chicken and millet last 6 months. ALSO TRIED Xiao Chai Hu Tang with no change.
Currently on 4 marvel 2 bid, We Wi Xiao Du Yin 1 tsp bid and slippery elm 1 cap bid and Duralactin
P=middle deep rolling, wiriness upper middle zone.
T= Pale pink with normal moisture, thin white coat on base, tip red, tongue droops out side of teeth-poor tone

Pulse becomes thin wiry if sedate BL 22, and then tonify BL 18 not as wiry
Upper jiao damp heat and stagnation, Heart heat, damp heat in middle, rebellious Qi.
I feel food sensitivities are likely a big factor with the gut and tonsillar inflammation, I have thought the tonsils were set off from the reflux
