Question Details
Another Seizure Case
by Michelle1 - February 18, 2010
Hi Steve,
Saw a long-haired doxie for seizures adn obesity on dry "lite" food. His tongue is swollne adn lavendar, pulses feel slippery, but the coat is like puppy fuzz over the lsat year. Seems like a conflict between Spleen/Damp and blood deficiency. Which formula would be most appropriate for this dog as we are also changing the diet to homemade, grain-free, low carb food.
Thanks again,
Michelle

Hi Michelle,

It's not necessarily a conflict. The origin of all Blood deficiency is Spleen deficiency and diet. So addressing diet and the Spleen (i.e. digestion) is often enough. Because BXBZTMT has significant tonifying power and is not markedly drying, it may be enough to improve that coat for you.

Good luck on this case.

Steve
