Hi there,
If you've got the PLN covered, then Rehmannia Eight works best. Minor Bupleurum and San Ren Tang are our top nephritis formulas, for consideration if UPC ratio is well over 2 to 3. To combat anemia, you could use one of those plus the Rehmannia, espcially if the UPC ratio has been coming down steadily.
