Hi there,
Unfortunately, there are numerous possible protocols. Certainly we've had most success with non-processed ultra low carb diets (i.e. home-cooked or raw grain and starch free diets). Supplements are too numerous to mention here, but if you have a copy of the Manual of Natural Veterinary Medicine, we discuss in the cancer chapter a core supplement regime to consider in cancer cases. I also outline an osteosarcoma protocol in there that uses Hoxsey and Boneset Combination, with supplemental vitamin A and D. For the A and D, in desperate cases like OSA, we use 5000 IU per lb of vitamin A and the associated amount of vitamin D that comes in a standard large animal A and D injectable preparation. We then give that orally, perhaps twice a week to start. You can also get A and D without the preservatives in fermented cod liver oil, although I'm not sure how well defined the amounts of each are in the product.
Hope that gets you started.
